No, not quite. There is no "B" playing. It's the "UEFA Youth League" for U19's. The game finished 1:1. And obviously Karimi wasn't eligible for that. He's there with the Dinamo Zagreb 1st team.

Now, it doesn't mean he will make the final squad (18 players), but he's in contention. Even if he doesn't make the bench, there are signs he's getting closer.
