AZ is a team that tries to bring in young talents and then cycle them out as soon as they are profitable. They always keep the team generally young especially for midfielders/offensive players.

Jahanbakhsh from Damash Gilan said he wants to follow in the footsteps of Iranian legends like Mehdi Mahdavikia. He said he wants to do just as good if not BETTER. That is the attitude EVERY talented Iranian football player should have.
He is doing so well right now and the next decision he makes will be the most crucial in his career. Alireza is a player who strives on progression. He has proven this so far. I'm sure he will choose the right path which will benefit him.

While I agree that neither of the offers from Fener or Celtic are ideal, I think that he actually will be better served to leave AZ this summer, if the correct offer comes in from a better league ( at a team where he is guaranteed minutes) or from Big three in holland ( again dependent on playing time) then he should take it. He turns 24 in August, so that means by the time the season after WC starts he will be 25. By then I think if he wants to go to teams the level of Champions League, he will need to have more experience than just AZ. Ideally he goes to a decent team in Bundesliga,LA Liga, where he plays well for a season. Then if he has a good WC, he could potentially go to a top team... I think staying at AZ for another is just stagnation, just like Sardar staying at Rostov for another season...

For me, Fener and Celtic wouldn't be huge upgrades from AZ, and Jahanbaksh should be aiming for a Top 5 league (barring EPL, not ready IMO) to take the next step in his career. Bundesliga would be ideal, just hope he makes a move because as some of you guys have mentioned, his agent may prefer him staying until after the WC so his stock rises.

Celtic has a great stadium which is almost always filled with 60.000+ (AZ Alkmaar can fit 17.000 but has approx 15.000 per game).
Celtic is a great steppinstone towards EPL and plays a lot of CL or at least EL , AZ is one of the sub teams fighting for a EL spot (at most) and the Dutch league is losing sight on starting spot(s) because of bad performarnce and losing of points in the UEFA Coefiency list.
Fener has a UEFA 4 stars stadion which is always filled with at least 45.000+ fans, plays for the Turkish championship, with International players such as van Persie, Lens etc.
AZ cannot even stand in the shadow of both clubs!Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.

But I just feel he should choose a team from the bigger leagues if he has the choice. If he can get guaranteed minutes at a Bundesliga club for example, that would be a much better move than to Fener or Celtic, wouldn't you say? Also, the Turkish league is not bad but the SPL is absolute garbage apart from Celtic, so he wouldn't really be playing in a higher level league, just one that has more exposure.
