If you wanna go out and drink then you should just get an uber or taxi so everyone's safe. He's making a lot of money so there's no excuse.
I don't even drink alcohol but evertime I go out to a night club or something I always get uber cause I might be tired on the way back home and I just don't want to put my life or anyone's life at risk.Comment

No you can drink and drive legally to a certain blood alcohol level. So a drink or two for a male of his size would most likely be fine and legal. I am not going to jump to conclusions, but if it does turn out that he was intoxicated and drove, putting other peoples' lives at risk, he should be punished.
