^ Now if they do that vs. Uzbekistan and South Korea, it would be great.

Damn Karim's goal is in such a close angle and tight spot

Dame har 2tashoon garm. They have proven many people wrong.

Both have shown commitment and great resilience. I hope they reproduce these performances in Team Melli.

With Azmoun developing at Rostov, Gucci playing consistently for Heerenveen and Karim blossoming for Panionios, Taremi is shit out of luck now! I hope he regrets his silly decision to move back to Perspolis now more than ever. He's the 4th striker for me at TM now. What a fool for rejecting PAOK and leaving Rizespor.

Wow, amazing goals. Masoud's fantastic shot with such beautiful precision was a total beauty. And then came Ansarifard's supergoal, wow, not sure when was the last time I saw any of our legionnaires scoring such beautiful goal, A great skillful dribble in the middle of the field, followed by a spectacularly fast paced run, and finally an amazing goal from a complete close angle while having a GK blocking the angle. Made my weekend!

Question, after over a year of Karim's presence in the Greek league, I still don't know why his last name is misspelled?

Honestly, the one thing i'm surprised about, is the number of fans in the stadiums during the Greek League games. They have pretty big stadiums, but they seem very empty

Their country has been in a huge debt crisis and recently was on the verge of bankruptcy. This was an away match for Panionis BTW. This world financial crisis is especially affecting the economically weak countries. Look at ur own stadiums. The only packed stadiums in Iran are the super crucial matches that are admission-free!

Masoud was in tears when he scored, because he lost his cousin right before the game.

May his cousin rest in peace!

What an awkward and amazing moment for him!

His Daei actually. May he rest in peace. Masoud is the nicest player I have ever met, you have to meet him to realise how humble and sweet he is.

Say what you want about this guy now, but just look. Plays after such a sad moment, and scores. And still wants to remain in Europe. This guy will forever remain in my heart, I used to watch every single of his games in Las Palmas, as it truly brought me joy, I want to meet this guy so badly, not sure what is stopping me from taking a short trip to Athens!
