So happy for Masoud that his coach seems to be so impressed by him.
He was heavily criticized by the fans for a while (me too) when he didn't really perform well in TM. But ever since the World cup he was played pretty well for TM. If you play him in his correct position and the right system he will shine.
Las Palmas fans were very impressed by him and it seems he is on the right track in his new club aswell, that says a lot about his quality.
Not to mention that he at his age goes and plays in Greece where he probably gets paid much less than he would even in IPL, let alone Qatar.

Hahahahah look who just signed with Las Palmas: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin-Prince_Boateng
And they wouldn't pay Masoud the money to keep him, even though he basically gave them so many victories?

Karim Ansarifard and Masoud Shojaie @ Panionios FC | 2016-17
You are all wrong. He wanted to stay at Las Palmas, only if they would promote to La Liga during that season.
They almost made it, but gave up the winner against Cordoba in the most dramatic fashion.
Masoud was with TM in Brazil at that time and Las Palmas filled a complaint afterwards that he left the team too early while his team had play-offs for promotion.
The 60k a year offer was from Real Zaragoza, a Segunda team.

When Las Palmas offered him a new deal they still didnt have much money, being in the 2nd division.
They have been promoted in the same season as the new La Liga 3 year TV rights & equal distribution deal, worth €2.65 billion, kicks in.
So to keep it simple as to why they have money
Last season = no money
This season = more money

It's crazy that Atletico who came third in the league and were in the UCL final last season, made less money than Newcastle United who were relegated with a few games to spare.
