League Two, League Three, Provincial Leagues + Youth Leagues | 2016/17

Thought it would be good to create a thread to keep track of lower leagues, if we really want these leagues to professionalize there has to be some intrest in them.

Ararat Tehran has appointed Mehdi Dinvarzadeh who has the coach that promoted Naft from nothing to the PGPL, he also promoted Damash Gilan to PGPL. Ararat are in TPL right now and it would be great to see them in the top flight, they will have more fans than any of the small Tehrooni teams anyways.

So far Oghab is leading TPL after 1 game.

Please feel free to add more info.

How about we focus on our first tier LOL. Still zero professionalism there let alone the lower ones.

Do we have a schedule for any of these leagues?
I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

You are right, but if we bring awareness to lower leagues aswell it will help generate interest and put pressure on IFF officials to professionalize it. Outside of PGPL and Azadegan no one knows anything about lower leagues.

Round 1 of League 2 is finished. 12 teams advanced to the promotion round. There will be 2 groups of 6 and I believe one team from each group will directly promote while the 2nd place teams have to play in a play-off

Any one have any information regarding teams from Yazd?
Such an historic and beautiful part of Iran yet their last team is getting relegated from Azadegan

Too bad Sardar Bukan didn't make it to the play-offs. Their home games are always packed and they play in a relatively new stadium. Would've been a nice addition to Azadegan.
