I always knew we had HD in Azadi, it's just those fools IRIB who don't want to show it in HD. It's ridiculous that they still show TM and ACL games in stone age quality.

They just don't want progress. Have we ever seen Azadi so clear and clever as ever before? It looks like an entire different stadium.

There were plenty of TM and league matches in Azadi that were recorded in HD, but IRIB couldn't broadcast them in HD, since their channels have a 4:3 and 576p definition. The quality of IRIB channels may be good enough for tablets, but is way too low for LCD screens. Right now, IRIB Mostanad is the only HD channel.

However, during the Olympics, IRIB 3 upgraded their quality and is now airing in HD (at least some devices could receive IRIB 3 in HD). The thing is that the cameras need an upgrade as well.

there is a whole new HD channel being launched called tamasha, and there are other HD channels that IRIB has as well
so not another 100 years more like -1 or -2 years because the move already started

Michel Salgado really enjoy Iran, it is at least the third time he come and bring some buddies with him. Too bad he didn't have an impact with iranian players coming to Spanish league or Spain and Iran having some friendlies (senior and youth level)
