He won't last long with losing trend . He has no good ideas to get best from his players, to deal with his troubled team.
Bad game plan, bad selection , bad results.
Daei gets lucrative deals that one cannot get in Iran. He has "right," to sell THREE brand names which includes Nike products inside of Iran. Can I get ONE name brand? No, I cannot.
Daie should do himself what he was preaching. Kudos to the likes of Mahdavi-Kia for putting his time and energy in Youth program. Couldn't Daei do something like that?
I hated Daie when he was selected to be the National team coach to use his brand name shirts/outfits. Daie should be schooled in "Conflict of Interest," " تضاد منافع}
SS needs a complete overhaul of team management. Players are not bad. They have many good quality players like Vouria, Barzai, Ebrahimi,... but Mansourian is bisavad with no madrak. SS should bring a good foreign coach and change entire management team. Heiat modirash va modir amelesham bayad avaz konan. One big move is to throw Rahmati into garbage can as CQ did early on. SS needs this surgery no matter how painful it is for them. Rahmati should go. Taleblo should come back and they need an actual physical trainer to get ready for second half of season.
Mansourian should be stupid not playing Barzai more often. This kid is jewel. I really regret he is on the bench most of the time. I hope Persepolis, Sepahan or Zob sign him in as soon as possible. The kid had offers from J-league and Getafe from La Liga and still stayed in SS to get ruined.
But he is extremely stubborn with his lineup. Finally he gives Barzay some real minutes and it pays off immediately. Afshin should be playing instead of Ghorbani, who has had ample opportunity to prove himself. I am not saying bench Ghorbani forever, but sometimes players need to sit off for a few games.
Clearly the defensive lineup is not working right now either, its time to give Hajmohammadi a look again. If Mansourian wakes up and realises his lineup is not working how he planned, he can save himself some points in the table.
On the other hand, Sepahan and Mehrdad Mohammadi starting to get into a groove is good news for the league.
Really? I'm not sure about that....Esteghlal management was really adamant about bringing him in to the point they fired a coach who was in the title race pretty much until the last week or two. Don't get me wrong I hate mazloomi and am not giving him much credit but in the rare circumstances that a coach who finishes top 3 is fired, his replacement is one that the management must really be big on. That being said I don't think they'll give up on him this season unless they're battling relegation. Injuries of Cheshmi and kanani plus the departure of Shabazzadeh hurt them a lot. Kaveh hasn't filled Shahbazzadeh's shoes too well IMO.

Oh man, just watched Esteghlal Naft math. Mansourian's team is playing one of its footballs ever TBH. I love the man, but I think it was too soon for him to take helm of this team. Naft basically owned the match in most aspects. Had it not been for Rahmati's great saves, and Farahani's bad keeping, the scoreline would have ended in a 2-3 goal margin for Naft!
