I'm guessing this will eventually slide just like the green wrist band situation from the "Green Movement". Those players show cased willingly their support for the opposition in a TM match, and yet they eventually returned to the squad. Same thing could happen to Ehsan and Masoud, as they played in the Greek soil and not in Israel or a country that does not exist according to Iran. Thus, if the country does not exist nor did those players playing the match in Greece.

نامه فیفا آمد،امروز فدراسیون فوتبال پاسخ می دهد
فدراسیون فوتبال امروز پاسخ فیفا که در مورد ۲ ملی پوش ایران سؤال پرسیده را می دهد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، نامه فدراسیون جهانی فوتبال در خصوص خبر محرومیت مسعود شجاعی و احسان حاج صفی از حضور در تیم ملی ایران، دیروز به فدراسیون فوتبال رسید. در همین راستا در این نامه پرسیده شده که آیا این دو بازیکن از حضور در تیم ملی به دلیل بازی مقابل نماینده رژیم اشغالگر قدس تعلیق شده اند یا خیر.
فدراسیون فوتبال قرار است امروز پاسخ خود را به فیفا بدهد. فدراسیون فوتبال قرار است در نامه خود توضیح دهد که در این خصوص بیانیه ای که چندی قبل منتشر کرده همه چیز شفاف مطرح شده است.

به گزارش سایت رسمی فدراسیون فوتبال،بر این اساس،در اطلاعیه روابط عمومی فدراسیون فوتبال آمده است:
ضمن تبریک ولادت پرخیر و برکت حضرت امام رضا(ع)،به استحضار عموم جامعه می رساند که پیرو مذاکرات متعدد انجام شده با این بازیکنان و علی رغم فشارهای سنگین وارده از سوی باشگاه یونانی،آنها در دیدار رفت در فلسین اشغالی حاضر نگردیده و این مهم را با پذیرش جریمه های مالی رعایت کردند.
علی ایحال درباره حضور این دو بازیکن در دیدار برگشت که شب گذشته به انجام رسید، ضمن محکوم نمودن قاطع اتفاق رخ داده،فدراسیون فوتبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حال بررسی دقیق و کارشناسی همه جانبه ماجرا بوده که بدون شک طی این مسیر می بایست پس از گفت و گوی رو در رو با این دو بازیکن و لحاظ کردن نظرات قبلی فدراسیون به نامبردگان انجام شود.
