No I can't read Farsi adequately to understand. But, on the flagged post for SK vs. Iran game there is a mention that the likely reason he is let go is because he is angry with IFF not so much with CQ. Reason being due to salary shortcomings.

تنش میان گاسپار و کی روش از زمان حضور تیم ملی در مالزی و برخورد گرم گاسپار با مربیان سوریه آغاز شد. اتفاقی که باعث شد کی روش به شدت از او عصبانی شود و این عصبانیت جرقه ای برای درگیری میان این دو دوست قدیمی بود. بعد از این ماجرا گاسپار در جریان بازی قطر و چین در کنار تیم ملی حضور نداشت اما با تصمیم کی روش مجددا به تیم ملی بازگشت در هفته های گذشته نیز در کنار سرمربی تیم ملی به روسیه سفر کرد اما تنش دوباره میان این دو در فرودگاه دبی باعث شد تا گاسپار مجددا از تیم ملی کنار گذاشته شود. او البته بعد از این جدایی هیچ واکنش و عکس العملی به اتفاقات فرودگاه دبی نداشت تا ابهاماتی درباره این جدایی ایجاد شود.

In the end of the training today in South Korea, Team Melli sent a message with strength and courage for one of our captains, number 15 Pejman, who recently had the misfortune to get seriously injured. We are all with you Pejman!
