The MoU that was signed between IFF and KNVB contains agreements such as development of women's football in Iran, the training of coaches and the development of talents. No mention of possible friendly matches between Netherlands and Iran though.

The head of the Dutch Football Federation says that Netherlands and Iran will likely play a friendly match within the next few years. Right now their calendar is full, but the Netherlands will play Iran in the first opportunity.
