If these are the 3 propositions and that 90% of the deal is agreed by both terms, I assume that the financial part is ok which is the most difficult part as IFF will ask probably for much more than what Adidas is ready to give while I am not even sure that Adidas can open stores in Iran to make money of this.

Why are you some of you guys naive?
Just because a media report says its cancelled doesn't mean it is after its been established that it's happening.
IFF (even with Kaffashian) were good at only saying a match is happening if it was 100% confirmed and the contract signed. The rest is hearsay by amateur press in Iran who are looking for clicks and readers.

Based on this news site which cites Iranian sources, the UAE officials are being difficult. Queiroz is currently in Dubai to negotiate and assist in allowing the match to proceed as planned:
"Due to the Iranian national team reside in the United Arab Emirates exercises in preparation for the second leg in the qualifying stage of the Asian qualifying for the World Cup which will be held in Russia in 2018.
He arrived coach - elect of the Iranian Football Portuguese Carlos Queiroz, on Wednesday evening, to Dubai , United Arab Emirates City, for the purpose of discussing with UAE officials and access to the necessary preparations for the match between the Iranian national team friendly with his Moroccan counterpart prescribed her stay in Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain on 7 January next.
The Iranian media, said Queiroz arrived in the UAE coming from South Africa where he was spending his vacation, in order to see the necessary preparations and removal of problems that prevent the establishment of the match between Iran and Morocco.

He claimed Asadi The UAE does not want to meet the request of Iran, Morocco to provide the necessary conditions, including the allocation of court for a friendly match, "adding that the Iranian Union is still in talks with the UAE to resolve this problem.
The International Federation of Football "FIFA" announced last week for identifying Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain for the establishment of the friendly match between Iran and Morocco.
It is scheduled to evaluate the Iranian national team training in the UAE regained return to the stage in the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup qualifiers which will be held in Russia in 2018."
