I would give Mohammadi a shot next game. He should work out better than Hajisafi. Also I would try to give Aghaei (or maybe CQ sees more in Ansati) playing time. If he does well, he can be trusted more time and we potentially have found the solution to our problem.

Pouladi TM & left back problem!

I am glad Pooladi is out of the team.
We all remember his stupid foul against Iraq in the Asian Cup but his worst play
was against Uzbekistan in Iran when he committed a stupid foul that led to the
only goal of the game and we lost 0-1 at home. We can do without his bone headed
plays just fine. At least Haj Safi does not give the other team stupid free kicks.

I guess you all know more than CQ does!
The poor kid wants to play football. That's all. He is obviously scared of what might happen if he goes back.
Judging by the extreme views here on team melli forum where he and CQ should be supported, then IR will probaby stone him if he goes back!!
Anyway, no one of us is saying that what he did was right but we should give him another chance. Any other half decent country would..
P.s. what year did Messi service his military/government?
when confronted about our Weak LB situation in TM in regards to Gutter game, he is just brings up Pouladi's absence as an excuse why his team at that moment does Not have Any Other EXPERIENCED (enough to handle such level of a game)Option...!!
in other words, the intensity of competition at this level of WCQs is just too much for me to trust starting an inexperienced, raw (mohamadi, aghaie) player, when a player with some 80 Caps under his belt (Haj Safi) buckles under the pressure and gives up a bunch of sooties almost costing us the game, you guys think its wise to start MoMo ?? and then he proceeds to mention that the only other Experienced option he had (Pouladi) has gone AWOL..!!
I really think we are reaching too much in interpreting his Pouladi remarks and to think that even if he were to come back, he would be in good enough fitness and form to be a starter in immediate WCQs...!!
After all, even after that brilliant WC performance, this guy simply could not garner himself interest from a better club than some Kiri, 2ND League Gutterie..!! and whodafauq knows how he has been performing in that shitty team/league..?? apparently not that hot..???
and now a bunch of you guys seem to be wanting him pardoned asap, so we can line him up vs China..!!! lol

I would forget about pooladi and I would ask the coaches of 18 Teams in Persian Gulf league: What have you done? have you not looked into potentials? Why haven't you trained anyone to be great in some positions? what do you think you deserve for salary?
I am sure many high school kids who know about this will practice over and over because they know they have a better chance to make it to TM than a striker that we have too many candidates for.

Plus how many goals do you think he save us from in games against south korea, Argentina, Nigeria, etc.?
Anyway, he was/is our most talented left back in decades. But I completely understand that irans best and brightest aren't worth $hit and can rott in another country if they toe the line. While gutter sand island with 250k fat bedoudins gives us a run for our money.
The pattern repeats itself. No suprise there.

That's just dumb.
Not to mention us simple folk who think we are so much better than everyone else!

People that keep saying Mohammadi instead of Pouladi have no idea about CQ tactics. CQ needs all his DF to be strong . Mohammadi is weak and does not suit CQ tactics. Pouladi is fast , strong and has the skills that we need. Too bad he messed up but again it's iran, anything is possible with "party bazi" . I'm sure Taj can sort it out if he wants to.
