Iranian fan racism towards Arabs & the consequences.

Hey Guys, I hate these Qataris , saudis and grassrolling teams just as much as the next guy but do you realize how many Arabs I saw on the video stream in the Qatar game that came there to support Iran? and they ended up chanting fuck Iran because of our fans generalizing Arabs. There was a shia Iraqi whow as supporting us, a Christian Syrian and an Algerian guy who were suprised why iranian fans are insulting them when they came to cheer for us.

EVEN IF YOU DON'T CARE WE LOSE OUR ARABS FANS,,,, do you realize when you guys go chant 'fuck all arabs' on official videos, your naturally creating a bias towards us? You think referees, AFC officials don't see this stuf? I know
I for one even if I wasn't bribed would have a natural bias towards a country that seems to be bigoted and racist. We need to be better than these Khaleeji arabs and stop generalizing them and set an example that reflects well on our ancient culture and civilization. I urge members on here and on youtube to stop this racism.

Racism and prejudice of any kind is just wrong and should not be tolerated.

Just like how we would hate to feel racism against the foreigners in the country of our resident. If we resent such behavior against us, yet ridicule and hate on certain races/ethnicities, then we're nothing short of hypocrites!

Okay, then I just hate those who hate us in sport, behave like animals when they play us, grass roll, those who bribe the referee and AFC, and those who buy players. That must be ok.

Unfortunately, as human beings we have not evolved enough to denounce others by their actions and intentions as oppose to their race, color and religion. This is true in all countries and we are not immune to racism. I have to admit that I too have been guilty of such action in the heat of the moment a few times - especially when it comes to our football which has passion - and have had to catch myself and be corrected.

This is a 2000+ year beef. This isn't just racism. This is a systematic dislike between two groups of people over religious and political reasons. It is the same is if India were to hold resentment towards the British.
If a welsh fan were to come support India against Britain and then be astonished that Indians were chanting "Screw the British!" it should not be on the Indians wholly. At least the British attempted to reconcile with India. The true "Arab" nations aka Persian Gulf Arabs and Saudi Arabia have been antagonizing and attempting to bring Iran down for generations.

If people sadly associated with Arabs like Iraqis, Egyptians, Algerians, etc. who were converted (conquered and beheaded into becoming "Arab") don't understand Iran's beef with these people, what can we say? They should learn about the lengths Arabs will go to just to spite Iranians. Think of Qatar purposely losing 5-1 to Uzbekistan to try to prevent Iran from advancing to Brazil.

Most Persian Gulf Arab teams would do the same. The fact that Persian Gulf Arabs and Saudi, who are the original Arabs have made a bad name for their conquered "brothers" should not reflect badly on Iran. Maybe go tell these nations to stop acting like jealous pr***s to Iran for everything we do, and we can start to stop saying "Screw Arabs" or whatever. It all starts with the big daddy Saudi, though. I can't respect any country or people who associate with that nation positively.

I hope that makes sense. This is a very politically charged post. It's as if to ask the Indian population to not be upset if the British were still antagonizing them to this day. You could forgive Indians for screaming profanities at the British in this case, even though Wales or Ireland may not have been involved in the conflict.
Still, people from these countries associated with the British or Arabs should understand where the resentment comes from. It's not like the opposite side will change if we start screaming "Yay, go Arabs!" They'd still cheat and disrespect us. Their problems with us is and always has been one of jealousy, and that cannot be mended with us avoiding chants in our stadiums.

Khaleeji Arabs? What Khaleej are you referring to my friend? I would really appreciate it if you could please refere to our precious Persian Gulf with its full proper name. Ever since the start of pan-Arabism in the 50s and 60s, little by little we are losing our long and rich heritage.

Sadly hate breeds hate, and sadly there is a lot of hate in the world. Specifically looking at our fellow countrymen and women, people can forgive but can't forget the atrocious actions done to Persia/Iran by the Arab community. This can be said from the battle of Qadasiaya, many years ago, to the backing of Saddam's Qadasiaya by almost all Arab countries. For example, did you know the Egyptian Airforce sent planes to bomb Iran, and on the return leg of their journey they would land in Iraq with the planes staying with the Iraqi Airforce and the crew getting transported back to Egypt? Nonetheless, I digress, what I am saying is that it will take A LONG time to undo all the hate based on the actions of the past.

I for one don't condone racism, but am a firm believer that until the Arab community stops it's "ganging up" mentality on Iran, the racism between the majority of the Iranian population and Arab population will not disappear.

Great post. By responding with racism we are no better than them and the consequences will come. Arab refs will still be officiating our international games and club games. There is nothing to gain at all with commenting "fck arabs" "lizard eaters" etc this will get us nowhere and gain us no respect in the international community
