It should go something like this:
To: AFC
From: IFF
Subjet:: Do not aksept Benjamin Williams for our match
Hello again AFC this is Kaffashian from IFF. I send this letter to kindly request to reconsider the referee for our match against Ozbekistan on Octobehr 6. Ben Williams does not like us. He does not like us because he did not want IR Iran to win against Iraq during infamous match in Ostralia.
Pehlease consider to assign a referee from Japon OR Ostralia. Tell akha Mr. Benjamin Williams to go home, we will send him a package of pesteh and badom (we considered jujeh kabab but it will be cold when it arrives ) he can eat at home so he does not have to referee us. We also talked with Williams wife and she agrees that Benjamin is not mentally stable and must retire from referee (we also agreed).
It is up to AFC to make final decision for match on Octobehre 6. It is very difficult match, we hope AFC understands and takes this into consideration. We hope AFC aksepts and fooloo with this request.
Frm Iran.

To be honest, I have seen BW when he officiated our very game with CQ in charge vs Bahrain back in 2011 and he was spot on! in AC 2015 he was horrible only because he lost focus on the game and awarded that unprofessional red card! IMO It wasnt malice, it was blind stupidity and as a professional coach Im 100% sure he will not repeat such a mistake , especially with our team! so I wouldn't worry, more so if TM plays a good solid game against this solid Uzbek team whom we've beaten many times!...

this has to be a sick joke.
So in all of Asia, they could not find a single qualified Ref besides this part time teacher who has retired from club football ??? Surely they must be aware of the controversy around this bozo and Iranian football. Common sense would tell you to not have this guy be officiate an Iranian game. Why would AFC create such a bad situation when they could easily replace him with some coach from east asia.
If this rumor is true, then clearly AFC is trying to bait us into getting ourselves sanctioned out of WC qualifiers. I don't see any other reason why this incompetent ref is again officiating an Iran game when there is such bad blood between our football team and this idiot.“It is easier to fool the people, than to convince them they have been fooled." - Mark Twain

On 22 July 2016, the Football Federation Australia announced that Williams would retire from refereeing after 22 years on the national panels and 12 years as a FIFA referee. Williams, in total, refereed 161 Hyundai A-League matches and 24 NSL matches throughout his career. He also had the honour of refereeing the 2015 Westfield FFA Cup Final as well as international matches through the AFC and FIFA panels, including becoming the first Australian referee to officiate at a knockout match at a FIFA World Cup in 2014. Williams retired as one of Australia’s most highly respected international referees of all time.[10]
