The way Arsenal is playing right now, they'd rip Ostersunds to shreds... Jesus christ...
Nonetheless, I don't blame Ghoddos for wanting to stay.. Why? Few reasons:
1. Its the team that gave him a real chance at pro football
2. His team has already exceeded so many expectations, such as beating Bundesliga, La Liga, RPL, Ukrainian, Turkish, etc teams.
3. So why leave the team now?
Will Saman pishraft more by going to Celta right now than if he played two legs vs Arsenal? Oh absolutely! But there is no way you can blame him for at least temporarily wanting to stay.

It is the safer move. He made the right decision in a World Cup year. Often, going to a more competitive league can cause a player’s form to dip as they get their footing, as well as injuries due to the higher tempo of the top leagues. I think staying is recommended by his advisors and less out of any loyalty to the team. For himself, it is a good idea to not drastically change his situation just months before the World Cup. Last summer was a great time for our players to move, but I’m happy that none of our major pieces moved this window.

Just as jahanbakhsh stayed with NEC after relegation, it speaks volumes to the player's general attitude that he would stay to see through what he started with them (the Europa run) than to chase a 5 month headstart on a higher level league
