Branko needs to demand Taremi to stay with PP and not join TM and I would be very happy with Branko then

No he didn't save our football, yes he contributed to our football in a positive way. He isn't a genius, nor he should be making all decisions, it's not a one man show. Some forgot hero CQ gave us another QF exit at the Asian Cup quite recently.

Actually that was Ben Williams, not CQ. We could've easily won the whole thing if it wasn't for Ben Williams. CQ did a great job in the AC

Mt attitude towards people who just complain is to ask the for a solution
And on that basis, I am pissed of with all of the coaches in our league who just focus on the problem.
My view is that If you cant eliminate the problem. eliminate the root of the problem.
We can achieve what we want to achieve in WC by having all the players under TM control.
Our ridiculous league in not helpful and it is becoming an unnecessary distraction.

I am not if favor of stopping the league but No top 50 or even 100 team in the world faces the problems we do. For example: it has been two plus years and FIFA has still not been able to pay the money we earned for qualifying and playing in the WC since banks are afraid of sending money (actually can't) to Iran.

So stop saying "no other countries does ...". No other country has to deal with this kind of shit.

Lol I love how CQ taking us to the world cup is an accomplishment we celebrate as if we have never been there before and could only do this with the great coach. CQ has helped our game but the big question remains about his legacy since we haven't won anything under his leadership.

It is a very bad Idea. If you ask me I think we should fire CQ after Uzbekistan and S.Korea match (or after fifth match of WCQs). We need to bring a more tactician who can understand concept of good defending and then help our arsenal by adding more attacking midfielders, creative player makers and forwards. We need a coach with effective offensive tactics. A good Italian, Dutch or Brazilian coach can help us the most. Even a top notch Croat coach like Kranjar will be better at this point.

Horrible idea to suspend the league.

I get where Taj is coming from though.

Wait ... what? Our vatani coaches are all medical doctors, having sworn their Hippocratic oats?
Wow. i am truly proud of our vatani coaches now

But these hippopotamuses are so hyped that one gets hyper over their Hippocratic behavior, to the extent of hypnotic hyperbole. Happenstance has it that these hypnotic hippies have happened all by hope that some hypocritical hoowie, hopped up on hyper-hop and hip-deep in hemp, are hopeful that half of the hemisphere hail their hypocritical hypothesis. Haughty hooligans!! Half-hinged hicks! Hissy little hecklers

Heh. But we're smarter than them. Arent we?
We'd demand stoppage of the one venue to keep players fit and match ready!
That ought to show them hooligans, eh?

I thought about that too but actually I think he said the reason they got injured was lack of friendlies, not time of preparation.

Bu I do agree. In these times he needs to use the "more prepared" players! If Ashkan was not prepared enough for TM, another player from the month of training camp should have played!

You're starting to sound like yourself of 4 years ago my brother. CQ gave us another QF exit at AC? Really? A 10 men team against the Iraqi full team for more than 80 minutes?

You're a decent member, but often you can't control your emotions and make very irrational comments my brotha! [emoji846]

There is no doubt it was a great decision to hire CQ. After the WC, it was logical to keep him until the end of AC 2015 but TBH I was against keeping him beyond AC 2015 as long as his replacement would have been a decent foreign coach. Regard AC 2015, the referee was against us in quarter final match but I still do not accept it as an excuse to concede three goals from Iraq and being eliminated by them. In AC 2011, Japan faced the host Qatar in QF. They were behind 2-1 and the referee gave an undeserved red card to one of Japan players. Then Japan scored two goals with 10 men to win the game 3-2. So do not just blame the referee for that quarter final exit.

The thing is IFF needs months just to hire someone. I remember very well when IFF went all over the globe to find a foreign coach after the AC 2007 just to hire Ali Daei afterwards. This should not happen again.
