        To be honest

Parking the bus works out against Branko's all-out offense tactics. This is not the first time we struggled to win against a defensive side.

That was the worst derby in almost 3 years.

I think Mansourian got what he wanted out of the game, but if he is this cautious already it really changes my perception of him. I thought he would get better as the season went on - they've actually gotten worse.

Persepolis had typical Branko issues - poor fitness, no idea how to break down a defensive team, lethargy.

Funny to see Naft Tehrans league position in comparison to Esteghlal. Naft Tehran still doing good even with far less talent. Sorta makes Mansourian look super overrated as a coach

Majid Hosseini and Biero were the best players of each team.

To be fair, we had worse 0-0 derbies (2012-2014). I remember that the last 0-0 had only ONE goal-opportunity out of a set-piece.

Many of you guys might disagree to this, but Esteghlal and Perspolis are cancers to Iranian football. They are the main reasons why careers get destroyed which effects TM.
There's only a few number of players that actually benefit from a move to PP or SS

100% worse derby last 2 years at least

Altough the derby was the perfect moment to turn things around for us, considering our shitty, and PP's good form, this is the first time in my life that I'm content with a draw.

At least we kept a clean sheet, which is already a big achievement on its own for this Esteghlal.
Persian Pride running through my veins!

                      Esteghlal for life!!

Naft is not a bad team: Ghaazi, Mobali, Mottahari, Fakhreddini, aleneme, etc

It's so funny to see how "Loyal Arteshe Sorkh Soldiers" fohsh midan be Branco. I thought Branco was the general of 40 million Arteshe Sorkh soldiers. Wasn't Branco and Persepolis more important than Team Melli? If we play like this against good clubs (Even though SS wasn't even good) this means a huge disappointment is waiting for us in AFC Champions League.
Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies.

Talent was lacking throughout both teams. So many chances squandered and again a 0-0 tie.

IPL has fallen off a cliff in the last few years and there is no path back without privatization.

I know they are not a bad team, but they are a feeder team to PP regardless of how you look at it. They've lost so much talent (Beiro, Pouraliganji, Amiri, Kamabinya, Hosseini) and still manage to survive in the table and do well.

IPL wont get any better until players start committing to their clubs for atleast 5 years or so rather than the current 1-2 years that players currently do. Notice during each transfer window, each team has like 10 players or so going out and 10 or so coming in. This league won't go anywhere nor will they ever do anything in AFC CL if that continues.
