Our depth on today's team is better than back then, but no way will today's players match those players quality.

The only one that's a complete insult is the comparison or Beiro to Abedzadeh. He showed promise but hasn't lived up to it especially over the last year or so....he's got a long way to go before that's even a conversation.

Too many players have came and gone and wasted on their potential. I can name a long list of players such as Kazemian, Madanchi, Borhani, Kaebi, Arash Afshin, etc. who wasted their potential.
Hopefully today's players are smarter and pursue Europe rather than chase money and go to Qatar.

lol you compare ezatolahi with Bagheri?

no midfielder in Iran is even close to 10% of what Bagheri was.

Don't think you can compare Beiranvand to Abedzadeh at all haha.

I still rate Haghighi over Beiranvand. We have not seen him play well for TM or against decent opposition.

People love to hate on Haghighi so much. Show me one keeper that doesn't have weaknesses. We should appreciate him more.

Ezzi is more of the next Nekou than Karim. Although Ezzi is truly a unique phenomena. Height, power, pace, vision, truly a gem.
