I actually just remembered Nielson as well. He was a beast of a keeper.

This is not even close but its Ibrahima Toure! He took Sepahan to two straight titles and was one of the top goalscorers in each of those seasons. The guy went to Monaco and became their top goalscorer over there as well.
Bruno Cesar was a good replacement for him but his quality and talent is no where on Toure's level.

We have been lucky to see quite a bit of great foreign players come to our league. The other two that immediately stand out to me are Edinho was is an absolute beast, just such a shame he hasn't won a title yet. I love how much respect he shows towards Mes Kerman and now Tractor.
The other one that really stood out as far as all-around game was Januario. He was the heart and soul of those Esteghlal title teams.

Other great foreign players to consider: Aloys Nong, Chimba, Emad Reza, Jesus, Issa Ndoye (Zobahan days), Igor Castro, Armanak Petrosian, Bruno Cesar, Daniel Olerum, Nilson, Gabriel (PP), Mathias Chago, Jlloyd Samuel, Shpejtim Arifi, Jerry Bengston, Abdul Wahab Abu-Hail (Sepahan), Eamon Zayed, Ivan Petrovic (PP), Founeke Sy (Sanat Naft)

I know the list is a long one, but I follow the foreign talent very closely just because it always fascinated me how these foreign players came to Iran and adjusted to life in Iran. I remember Fabio Caravalho (the goalkeeper) loved Iran so much that he married an Iranian and now they live in Dubai and Iran. The same with Daniel Olerum marrying an Iranian. The foreign talent have done so much wonders for our league and I appreciate all of them coming over and help our league progress.

PS..The greatest foreign player for Perspolis was ofcourse TADEU! jk ofcourse

For best foreign coaches, I would easily say CQ is the best our country has ever seen, but let's only look at it at a club level.
Branko is up there already after turning Perspolis around so quickly and making them immediate title contenders.

But if I had to choose, best foreign IPL coach would be Zlatko Krancjar hands down.
Other great foreign coaches: Luka Bonacic, Toni, Mustafa Denzili, Dragan Skokic, Alan Rogers (PP days)

Bro there are no Iraqi girls on this site lol. No one is here to reward or be impressed by your Iraqism. You should have done this on aliraqi and been rewarded at least like I had been in the past lol

Probably Januario and Toure are up there.

Number one has to be Emad Reza. His consistency spearheaded the rise of Sepahan. Scoring the 50 goals in ~100 games the first time he was at Sepahan (a lot of them in crunch matches) made him probably the most indispensable foreign player in IPL (he also got his country to 4th place in the olympics, I don't think Iraqis appreciated him enough because he played in Iran).

                          Armenak Petrossian
                          Edinho
                          Ibrahim Toure
The 1st two in terms of their effectiveness for their clubs in IPL and Toure for moving to Monaco and achieving so much afterwards. Other good ones were Janvario and Emad Reza and Castro and Issa Endoy.

Abdul-Wahab Abu Al-Hail, I had to search for his name on google. He wasn't the most talented player (he even looked overweight) nor the greatest but I will always remember him as a fighter on the pitch with some good passing skills
