Ansarifard assisted our number(10) and Khalatbari our number (9) scored the goal. Both of them were subbed in the 2nd half.

Ansarifard is an amazing CF. He is more of a shadow striker than lone striker. He can dribble, create passes, provide support, and he is very fast. Would love to see him behind Reza or Azmoun as CF one game. I think Taremi has had enough chances for TM for now (he can be a sub) and so has Amiri.

Hard to read too much into our defensive game when Uzbekistan are consistently the most negative, toothless footballing nation I think I've ever seen. I'm not even sure the last time I watched them score from open play.

Regardless, big three points, made to look easy with a weakened starting XI so absolutely no complaints.
