Kamran Jaan, next year its my 20th anniversary here at PFDC.
Without it in those first decade, their was NO WAY for me to keep up with Iranian Soccer as my parents had no Iranian TV Channels for us at home and Dutch TV wouldn't show anything.

In those years PFDC was my only source for Iranian news AND the only place to discuss our beloved game and team.

Thank you again Kamran Jaan, hopefully we can hold on to this great place so my sons can enjoy it the coming decades as much as i did!

Please send me a PM where a can donate a small amount.

    Ghorbanet.
Iran deserves better, TM deserves better.

Also, I know many people use google chrome/firefox which come with adblock. Not sure how the ad revenues work here. But guessing that with adblock it decreases the revenue. So don't use adblock when you visit the forum.

Is there a time-limit feature to use when it's peak time? like 3 min per person.. or implement paid type accounts and have non-payment type limited access at peak?

Webmaster have you ever thought of setting up a paetreon? It makes getting money from us a lot easier and it can be monthly automatic payment.
I think it would be a good idea.

Webmaster is right, during games lots of people who normally don't participate crowd the forums.

Maybe a minimum posts requirement for posting during matches would help alleviate that?

I don't know how it would affect ad revenues or if it would cause people to not visit the site.

Just a thought to keep the forums up for the duration of the match.

Maybe the main issue is that it's hard to find the link where we can donate. It's buried somewhere deep within the website. If it's promoted properly I'm sure people will donate a lot more. I'm already donating to random YouTubers through patreon, and pfdc in my opinion is way more deserving of my money. I'd be glad to donate 5-10 euro per month. If there are 20 of us, which I'm sure there are, it can hopefully help a bit with the costs of the website.

I'm already donating $10/month to footballitarin so I would be more than happy to donate to PFDC on a regular basis.

That's because most of us go directly to URL of forum without going to the main page so that's why I have personally never seen it before but I just signed up for recurring payment.

How many IPs? Are you guys using CDN for your nameserver? I may be able to help out and offer some good solutions.
Amin jan I have tried many servers who say they are strong but after a week they start to lag. This company has done ok so far and they also help me manage the server as I don't have time to do it. But here are the specs:

                          • 8 x 2.80GHz CPU
                          • 16 GB RAM
                          • 384 GB SSD
                          • 16 TB Bandwidth
                          • cPanel/WHM/Softaculous
                          • 2000 Mbit Network Out

I have limited the amount of hits to the forum to keep the site alive and not crashing as then I have to work on it to bring it back and it is just extra work. I know most people are so emotional they want to post something right away but thinking that we are already paying 300 per month for this server which I recover some back through the ads but not much to be honest to even thinking of an upgrade right now. We have tried the donation and etc, but only a few will do it and it will soon be forgotten again. I would love to have the best server but the reality also is that people only show up during the games and they want a solid server then and only for those match days but this server does fine for our daily hits and normal hits and upgrading for one match a month or even less is not that wise. BUT if I win a lottery I promise you guys I will get the best server but honestly, I have done enough.
Hope you guys understand that it is great to have everything, but keeping and preserving them is the hardest part. I have tried my best for the past 20 years and hope I have done ok.
it's not a big deal. Most of the long time members go to the site, post comments, watch preparation videos, and collect what's needed before the game, as in links. After the game you wait a few hours and once our bellweather fans have left, then the true ones come back and debate the outcome :-)

                            great site.

You can also market the ban rights.. am sure some of us pay to ban some others or a bit for the fun of it.
