تیم ملی جوانان یکشنبه به کره می رود تیم ملی جوانان برای حضور در تورنمنت چهار جانبه کره جنوبی احتمالا یکشنبه هفته آینده به این کشور سفر می کند.

به گزارش "ورزش سه"، تیم ملی جوانان در این تورنمنت در روزهای 18 – 20 و 22 آبان به ترتیب با تیم های کره جنوبی، نیجریه و انگلستان بازی خواهد کرد. کره جنوبی میزبان جام جهانی زیر 20 سال در سال 2017 خواهد بود. جالب اینکه این تیم در جام ملت های جوانان آسیا موفق به صعود از گروه خود نشد؛ اما چون میزبان بازی های جهانی است در این مسابقات حضور خواهد داشت. علاوه بر کره جنوبی، آسیا چهار نماینده دیگر در جا

تورنمنت چهارجانبه فوتبال جوانان به میزبانی کره جنوبی از 18 آبانماه آغاز می شود که برنامه بازیهای ایران با حریفانش مشخص شد.



به گزارش سایت رسمی فدراسیون، تورنمنت چهارجانبه فوتبال جوانان با حضور تیم های ایران، انگلستان، نیجریه و کره جنوبی از 18 آبانماه آغاز برگزار می شود.
گفتنی است، برنامه بازیهای این تورنمنت به شرح زیر است:

By Tunde EludiniThe roster of games for the Suwon Continental Cup tournament has been released.
It shows that Nigeria will be up against the trio of England, Iran and host South Korea in the four-team invitational tournament.
Though it is an U-19 competition, the Nigeria Football Federation has opted to send the 2016 set of the Golden Eaglets, Nigeria U-17 team to represent the country in the competition.
Having failed in their bid to qualify for the African championships, the Nigeria Football Federation has explained why it decided that the U17 National Team should go to South Korea.
General Secretary, Mohammed Sanusi, told thenff.com on Thursday that the Federation is encouraged to sustain the team's momentum and prepare it for bigger challenges as a result of the series of examinations done to ascertain the fact they are truly U17 players.

"Apart from the tests conducted by the NFF, there was a medical team from CAF that subjected the players to another thorough examination. We are very sure the boys are U17 players and we must do everything to prepare them for bigger challenges, as they will constitute the next U20 team.
"They showed naivety and a level of innocence in the way they approached the match in Niger Republic, and that was partly why they were intimidated out of the African qualifying series."
Mr. Sanusi assured that apart from the Suwon tournament, the NFF will keep the team busy in the coming year with a series of invitational tournaments and friendly matches, to get the players exposed and more matured for the qualifying series of 2019 Africa U20 Cup of Nations.


A team of 22 players and 10 officials of the Golden Eaglets will depart Nigeria on Monday, 7th November for Korea Republic, for the U19 Suwon Continental Cup.
The Eaglets will have their first feel of action against England on Wednesday.

Interestingly, highly talented youth prospects Ademola Lookman and Ovie Ejaria are in the England U-20 squad selected for the international invitational tournament in South Korea.
Aside the duo, Fikayo Tomori (Chelsea) and Dominic Solanke who also is with Chelsea are among those selected to don England colours at the Asian invitational tourney.
All the aforementioned players are of Nigerian descent and believed to be on the radar of Nigeria Football officials combing the Diaspora for the best legs to represent the country.
Having lost the likes of Victor Moses and Alex Iwobi to Nigeria, the England FA are being smart not to commit same errors; hence the move to gradually promote these youngsters through the ranks
After England, the Eaglets will on the 9th November, play Iran before they trade tackles with the host team on Saturday, 12th November.

England Under-20s will get a taste of what to expect at the 2017 World Cup, when they head to South Korea for the Continental Cup next week.

The Young Lions will face opposition from the host nation and Iran, who will both be joining England in the competition next May and June, and Nigeria who will be hoping to qualify from the African championships in early 2017.
And interim head coach Paul Williams has named a 24-man squad for the trip to East Asia, which will see three games in just four days.

The schedule starts on Wednesday 9 November when England face Nigeria at the Suwon World Cup Stadium, before they’re in action again 24 hours later when playing against the host nation.
The final match of the tournament takes place on Saturday 12 November against Iran, who were late replacements for Argentina in the competition.
After leading the U20s to a clean sweep of victories against Netherlands, Germany and USA on home turf last month, Williams has retained the majority of his squad from that mini-tournament.
But there is a return to the group for goalkeeper Freddie Woodman and midfielder Josh Onomah, who were both involved with the U21s last month.

The squad will meet up on Saturday evening, before flying out to South Korea on Sunday where they will then prepare for the three quickfire games.
England secured their place at the U20 World Cup in South Korea after their performance at the U19 European Championship earlier this year, when they reached the semi-final.

was just posting about Ademola Lookman, who upon his promotion to first team, was often preferred to Reza Gucci and was given far more playing minutes, last season at Charlton Athletic ..!
then off course got the dreaded "server temp. outa service message"..! and poof it went my earlier post..!

he may not be over 20 but he certainly looked to be older than the touted 17 year old by Charlton mgment...!

but then again i doubt if anybody anymore buy the advertised age of players with african roots..!!?
