We need to win the game, I hope CQ goes with a more aggressive lineup. Something like below:
-------------------Akhbari----------------
Rezaeian---Hosseini--Montazeri---Mohammadi
----------------------Ezzat------------------
Jahanbakhsh--Shojaei-----Taremi----Dejagah
-----------------------Gucci-------------------

I think this line up would be good
-------------------------Makani-----------------------
Rezaeian---Pouraliganji---Hosseini---Mohammadi
------------------------Ezzatolahi---------------------
-----Jahanbakhsh------------------Dejagah---------
-------------------------Shojaei-----------------------
---Ghoochannejhad---------------Ansarifard-------

So who are all the players that are injured or suspended for this match? Correct me if I'm wrong:
Azmoun (suspended)
Hajsafi (suspended)
Ghafouri (injured)
Beiranvand (injured)
Teymourian (injured?)
Haghighi (injured?)
Amiri (questionable injury)
Rafiei (cut?)
Aghaei (cut?)

Should have enough players to win. Most of Syria's players play in Syria, Iraq, Oman, Bahrain. An IPL only team should be able to win a game against that level caliber.
TM needs to come out guns blazing. It "seems" easy but will still be a challenge. A win will mean a relatively cozy path to qualification in the second set of 5 games. It will be more about avoiding defeat than having to pick up results.

I think CQ will start a new lineup so it gets difficilt for the opponent to analyse.
I think he will start a strong physical team after the what we saw in Iran Iraq game.
Whatever he choses it will be very different from your ideal lineup. Also because he study who to put against who and therefore not always
JB is a good RW. I am almost sure he will try Mahini instead of Ramin. It is time to try Ansarifard and Torabi IMO.

Practically we miss only 3 players: Beiranvand, Hajsafi and Azmoun.
Amiri has recovered and the rest (Ando, Ghafourian, Haghighi, Rafiei, Aghaei) haven't been regular players recently.
We should have enough quality players to fill in these gaps. Good chance for one of the reserve GKs ,as well as the strikers like Gucci and Karim. We should get on with what we've got and work hard.
Looking at the brighter side, FIFA announced the suspension before Syria match. Imagine if we have a situation like this before playing Korea or Qatar!
