        Confirmed.

AFC is trying hard to make us drop points versus Syria.

They want to stop our progress. Dont let it get to you.

1)Milmo is fine. He played 90 minutes in Russia. Our LB is safe

            2) Hajsafi is suspended thats OK. Ebrahimi can take over. We can even let Ando/Ezzatollahi do it themselves.

            3) Amiri injured can be fixed too. Dejagah on the left.. Shojaei middle. Jahanbakhsh right. Gucci up top. Taremi could be used as LW also. We have depth we will be fine.

3 pts and this cheap move by FIFA wont count for anything.

We have too much depth in every position to be worried, especially against Syria. Even for Azmoun, lots of people wanted Gucci to start anyways.

That's what I'm saying....nobody has any reason to be worried we have been talking about our depth for the longest time and now we will finally make use of it, all this means is less head aches for CQ in chosing an XI (which he still somewhat has )

and he deserves to start, i know azmoun scored against atletico, but i still think gucci should start, and he will start and score now

Believe it or not, the 3 points against Syria are the most important points. All matches are equally important, but looking at the table and the possible outcomes, I think a win against Syria will make it much easier for us in the long run. I also believe a win vs Syria will end up being our ticket to Russia 2018.

We can do it!! We will do it!!

Russia is closer=cheaper tickets. Most of the host cities are ratger close by Russian land mass standards as well.
You're definitely underestimating the numbers my good sir... based on my conversations with fans and journalists there were between 10-12k fans in Brazil just from Iran.

The total number of fans (from all over the world) for all matches was definitely in the 25k range although many fans did not show up to every match - I know many who didn't have tickets to any matches and just showed up to Brazil!

The Belo-Horizonte party the night before the match by itself drew at least 10,000 expat Iranians and it definitely wasn't for the faint at heart (i.e. real wild crowd and I didn't see many people from Iran that night).

Safe to say that the numbers in Russia (if/when we qualify of course ) will be much higher since travel distance from Iran/Australia/Rest of Asia and Europe will be much less and the airfare much cheaper - hell, it's even cheaper and faster for most Iranians in Canada.

Very true. But also against Qatar. They are helping Qatar and Saudi against Iran and Iraq.
Maybe this is why Mahini is invited. maybe we will try a new combination of players. Do you
know who will be the referee?

                              Oh they are?

Qatar got a harsher punishment than Iran.

Ahmad Yassir ,Abdulkareem Hassan (their best player), Meshal abdallah, and Khaled Meftah all got banned for 2-3 games each the QFA was fined 25000 euros.

They are at the bottom of the group with a do or die match against China.

Can we stop with these conspiracy theories?

I didn't know but their best player is Sebastian Soria urguay. Those involved were seatting on bench. AFC should blame referee for most of what happened.
Iran must have been given a price for trying to calm down the qatari players from all sort of provocations made by Qatari bench players. They were inside our
soil and provocating us infront of 100,000 people.
