You know what, you may be absolutely correct. The statements uttered by me may "have no logic" as you put it. However, there is absolutely no substance to your post; no rebuttal. No point made. Just one line. You haven't shown why my statements "have no logic". Nevermind an articulate, or cogent argument. You haven't made an argument. I shouldn't be surprised though. Considering your ignorant convictions, I should have expected a declaration instead of an argument. People who argue logically don't usually demonstrate the type of ignorance and arrogance you show here.

I wonder what you might say if an American, British, German, or Australian said something to the tune of what you're saying, about Iranians. I can tell you that a Canadian can point to numerous instances of behaviours from Iranians (drug-trafficking, rape, gun fights, fraud) who reside in Canada; would that allow the Canadians to reasonably conclude Iranians are drug dealers, rapists or fraudsters? Hell no. You know this. I know this. But, somehow, you allow yourself you make statements to the same effect about others. You act like it's about Iran, but I suspect that it is not. Your attitude is about you. You need to hang on to a sense of superiority and you use where people are from to get there.
For what it's worth, I went back and reviewed your posts in this thread. I think the best word to describe your attitude is Xenophobia. I should have realized the type of person that you are and allowed you to drown in your own ignorance, instead of making my first post after years of being away from this place about your behaviour. You have no interest in changing. I think you understand that you're wrong. Yet, you double down on your errors, very much like the new American President. I believe it was Shamlu who said you can't make a person, who has an interest in not understanding, understand - he was right.

I understand the dislike of Arabs; I don't excuse it, but considering just the Iran-Iraq war, or just the battles in Khorramshahr, I understand why there is tension and dislike there. I read about what happened and my blood boils. I read about how roughly a 1000 people were fighting against an Army that was advancing with 500 tanks and I feel a little bit teary eyed. I also understand that Saudi Arabia is a political enemy; but at the end of the day, I also realize that a lot of this tension has to do with Shiite vs. Sunni - a distinction that has been used for thousands of years for statesmen to get to power (e.g. Iranians were largely Sunni before the Saffavid dynasty started importing Shiite Mullahs from Iraq so they can make Iranians Shiites, so that they can break free from the Caliphate); also a distinction that hasn't gotten the people who believe in either anywhere close to happiness, wealth, health, affluence ... It has just created division, allowing the people in power to remain in power.

Make no mistake about it - regardless of what you may have done for Iran, and regardless of what you may have seen, you are not allowed the conclusion that Arabs are lazy and stupid; you're not allowed the conclusion that Isfehanis are cheap. You're stuck in the past, with an archaic and untenable world-view, where anyone who is not like you is the enemy.
Is this good? Or would you "reply to another comment in your comments"?

Wake up people, do you realize that UAE has been constantly questioned Iran's sovereignty? To this day they are fighting to take the 3 islands of Greater and lesser Tunbs, Abu Musa in the Persian Gulf away from Iran. Every single Arab country south of the Persian Gulf funded Saddam Hussein to attack your home country. I am sure each and everyone of you know Iranians that were effected by the imposed war.

The Shah didn't allow any airline fly through Iranian air space if their maps didn't have the name Persian Gulf shown, but look where we have come now.

BTW to the individual who mentioned the name of the Caspian sea and if it was called Russian sea we would try to change it. I would like to point out that in Iran they call it Darya ye Khazar, but you don't see Iran constantly going to the UN and trying to change the name.
The greatest way we can teach the UAE is to have success. If we must use their resources to further our cause is this not stratwegically wise? If we want Iran and the name of the Persian gulf stand tall then can our actions bring this message to light? Fact is for our football to succeed we need several things...one being world class venues and facilities...we do not have too many of these in Iran at present. It's a smart move by Taj...use your enemies resources while you further your own cause...and beat them at the same time.

Now all of you can cry about the UAE being our enemy...but from within slowly slowly they are becoming influenced and ultimately beaten by us...and they are facilatating it which is a double slap.

And for the guy who is a bigot towards Esfahanis...I am Esfahani, I likely have lived in Esfahan longer than you can imagine. Check the facts about how many Esfahani's died for Iran during the war. Cut the crap, good and bad is everywhere...like I said, imagine if we judge all New Yorkers based on Trump. Grow a brain...I jokingly brought up Esfahan as a positive attribute of Taj and you spewed hate. If you hate your own hamvatan so much, how can you call for unity against an outside enemy...you are a hypocrit and a bigot.

I support his move to boycott AFC awards after the Iran snub. Number one ranked team is not lending legitimacy to this farce!

I am somewhat surprised to see so many people apparently approving of this deal. Sure it sounds good "on paper" and I am not someone desperately criticizing and not being happy with anything - but sorry, I can’t trust these arabs! Call me racist, but I won’t close my eyes to the past and don’t buy this "we have to make friends, they are our neighbors, we have no options"....

Lets stick to reality, arabs have always tried to screw us - I don’t want to open up political issues, but even if you only focus on football it's way enough to recognize this. Even CQ admitted while working in arab countries their main goal always was to stop Iran and Iranians! Hence, taking the incompetence of IFF into account, I am not sure if they won’t fool us and if we will really benefit from his deal in the wrong run as we wish. I am afraid they will pull some sneaky move to hit us from behind...

Didn't quote him correctly, but similar to that - the message is the same:

Guy who says we are making friends? We are using their world class stadiums for our #1 ranked football team and helping their futsal and beach soccer programs. For a broke federation to arrange such a deal is not bad. How many MoUs do we sign with Italy and other nations and nothing comes of it.

Ideally one day we will have world class facilities to use thay won't take 30 years to build, but for now having access to these facillities and allowing our team to acclimate to hostile environments with easy access will benefit us.

You missed the point. The deal itself is good and I don’t mind it as well - I am just not sure if arabs will stick and be fully committed to it...
Of course at the end I hope it turns out like you said! I am just always skeptical when it comes to dealing with arabs for obvious reasons + our IFF is stupid and incompetent enough to get fooled easily, hence my doubts.

Nothing ventured nothing gained. Arabs will screw us any way possible, deal or not. Having something on paper and even irregular use of their facilities is better than no use at all and getting screwed. The bar is low here, but I give Taj credit. He could come in and do what Kaffashian did...at least he is trying.

Just afraid that we will give & help them more than they give us back - in that case I rather of no deal. For now I love that Taj wants to boycott the AFC Awards, which actually makes me less worry about the deal as he seems to be aware of the dirty arab games.

Naive people say this: Let them screw us or kill us, then we won't deal with them. WHAT A FARCE.

IFF must NOT deal with countries that steal our heritage and vote against us at all times. Even many of them including Qatar which is considered moderate said they wouldn't vote for Iran.

Using UAE facility for a rich country such as Iran with many rich people is a SHAME on all of us.

No deal with UAE until they become respectful in action not in talks. Talks are cheap.

Lol dude you seem to have politics all confused with sports management. Tell me something, has the UAE or any arab country ever in our history been “respectful" towards us? If you think yes...then re-read your history books. Second, if we don't take advantage of our resources near...where do you propose bankrupt IFF holds training camps? They can't all be in Europe (and Europe hasn't been kind to us either btw), and rarely do we play AFC teams with European weather.

Are you sure your comments are not personal in nature due to your hate of Esfahanis?
