A rather frustrating match. We had plenty of chances, but again Taremi missed some sitters. Even when we were down to 10 men we continued to pressure and wanted the win more than Peykan. Take Godwin Mensha out and they will lose half of their strength - indeed the engine of Peykan and hard to handle, I think all their chances were created by Mensha.

Jalal Hosseini had a SUPER save in the last minute and saved our ass there. Meanwhile Amiri is still annoying me, especially in the last minute, where he, instead of crossing the ball for a last chance and go all in, decided to dribble and failed badly. Guess I will never become a fan of him despite CQ & Branko thinking so highly of him....

Branko remains one stubborn coach. Again Ramin Rezaeian came in as a substitute and all the attacks came from his side. He needs to start FFS, but Branko is acting like his team is already perfect and doesn’t need any changes. A BEAUTIFUL cross by Rezaeian to Taremi created a golden 1vs1 that could have been the winning goal like vs. Abadan, but Taremi wasted it. Meanwhile Mosalman needs to get invited to TM!

btw. I want to know where are the people claiming Taremi should stay in Iran??? All those "pishkesvatan" and ignorant fans that suggested him to stay in our world class league need a reality check. Taremi might be still scoring here & there, and he still is a key player for Perspolis, but his performance already decreased significantly compared to last season. He still is missing sitters and is not even hustling & fighting as much as he used to do - totally lost his fire there...sad too see as I believe talent wise he is even better than Azmoun, but just look at the huge difference in quality...
