Because people in IFF can't read speak or understand English! If they did Sepahan wouldn't get suspended in 2011 handing Al Sadd the eventual Acl championship Eses Almost got suspended if it wasn't for the transfer market issue as FIFA had fined them and had they overlooked this and played Al Sadd yesterday it would have been 3-0 loss! All because we have embiciles running our country !!!
