This team is beatable! Lekhwiya isn't as good as I thought, but Perspolis still needs FULL focus. If Branko makes use of his subs instead of letting the same players run for the whole 90 minutes, we have a good chance. No need to go all defense. Lekhi MUST score 2 to advance, this will give us some space. If they don't score in the first 20 minutes of the second half, they will feel some kind of stress and might lose focus.

Persepolis should NOT sit back and resort to a defensive game plan.

They need to play as they did before they scored (well.. Chico did lol but what a beautiful display of game by Amiri).

They should continue pressuring Lekhwiya and force them to defend because that will tire them. They need to score 2 goals in the second half to go through.

I would think so. Especially considering it's Est. Khouzestan's first appearance in the ACL. It would definitely be an upset lol. It would be as if al taawon knocked out Persepolis.
