Youtube is only making sure they are in the clear. After you dispute the claim, they tell the person who made the initial dispute to pursue legal means.

I've won every dispute i've challenged. I even had one "company" say they are taking me to court in Iran as I always list that as my country.

Step 1 is exactly what I did, but as posted my dispute was not approved - BECAUSE the dispute was not reviewed by YouTube. The dispute will merely be sent to the claimant and of course these bastards won’t approve it.

I read that some people then went on and contacted YouTube, but they only said that disputes won't be reviewed by them! lol this is ridiculous...

I double checked and the method I used is listed on that page as 2. Alternate Method: Write your own counter-notice. I think what that does is make them take legal action, which of course they wouldn't, not in my case and nor in yours.

It worked for me as recent as last year, and my video was disputed from a real company. After I disputed their claim this is what they emailed me, and yes, they actually misspelled youtube's email.... lol:

Dear xxxxxxxxx,

xxxxxxxxx own exclusive copyright to the movie xxxxxxx.

We understand your name is not verified and your address is not complete. YouTube will be requested to verify your identity.
You are required to retract your Counter Notification within next 48 Hours. Otherwise we ll have no option but to file court order against you which will be done by our office in Tehran.
You will need to send a retraction email to copuright@youtube.com
We do not wish to file a court order against you but if the counter notification is not recalled we will do that with no hesitation.

Here's the email I received from youtube after filing the dispute. They copied me on the email and it was sent to the company that filed the complaint. The part in bold is what I wrote in my dispute:

Hi,

We have received the attached counter-notification in response to a complaint that you filed with us. As described in the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) 17 U.S.C. 512, by this email, we are providing you with the counter-notification and await your notice (in not more than 10 business days) that you have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the counter-notifier's allegedly infringing activity. Such notice should be submitted by replying to this email. If we do not receive notice from you, we will reinstate the material to YouTube.

If you have any questions, please contact ukcopyright@youtube.com.

So youtube gave them 10 days to file a court order or the block on my video would be lifted. Obviously they did not and my video was available again.

My video was taken down and I got a copyright strike, so I just submitted a official counter notification with my full name and address. The game has started and I won't give up, fucking don't care if all this takes me to the court - these moftkhors must be fought!




They saw me constantly filing a dispute and probably thought by taking my video down they will scare me & I will stop - but I am just like:

okay something doesn't make sense here. I spoke to hamed TV about 6 months ago (business matters) and I believe that he is also one of the victim of this Gold1 fake copyright claims. Hamed Tv Is also based in uk but G1 is based in Germany. Another thing is that I work with few celebrities based in Iran ( Rambod - Khandevaane) and as far as I know they do not have any contracts with any companies based in foreign countries . So this is 100% fake .

Now In terms of finding out who is behind this, I believe you can check The Full info of CEO (from company web checkers). What is their company Registration Number ??

PS: I only spoke to Hamed Tv Once. So I don't have that much information about him.

I can also speak to Rambod About This and maybe he can form an official complaint against the company.

Youtube has lost the handle on their game. They CAN Not possibly check and
investigate every single video people put up which numbers in millions a month.
They officially are supposed to ban nudity and sexual content on Youtube but
these days you can find porn videos from Korea, Japan, etc.. on youtube dressed
up as yoga or massage instructions!
So I am not surprised some dude has bamboozled them into this scam!
