It's no secret that Perspolis is planning to sell Taremi. Garshasbi already told that two weeks ago.
Also, one of the board members said today that they were looking to either extend his contract for two years (that was rejected by Taremi) or to sell him in this window.

Right now, Al-Gharafa is the only team that shows serious interest. Apparently, they offered 550k USD as transfer fee. Perspolis is looking to get 800k USD.

Some reports suggested that they are offering a 6 month contract. Piroozi Newspaper claims that they want to sign him for 1.5 years with 500k USD release fee.

The final decision will probably be made in the next days.
