More like the other way around. If he wants to play in a top 3 league he can't stay in Russia forever.

I didn't know Olympiacos had sold their starting CDM… Either way id prefer RPL over the Greek league… Plus why not stay in Russia at least until WC 2018 since its in Russia? Its not like Saeids getting offers from top 3 leagues

Greek League has more exposure to top 3 leagues, simple. That is why Saeid signing with any Russian team, especially those like Rostov and Anzhi is career suicide. And lol at people who accuse me of hating Russia, it's just a way less suitable league for talents to develop than Greece / Holland / Belgium, let's be brutally honest here.

Goran Jerkovic joins Siah Jamegan. He had a short stint in Esteghlal in 2012.

No more foreign players in Iran please unless they're young players who we can sell to bigger clubs for more money.
From now on there should be a rule in IFF that at least X dollars has to be spent on you club infrastructure and youth teams before you can buy any foreign players.

God damn dallals and their kvnt friends.

If they are young and good, there will be better and more attractive leagues than PGL for them to join. If they are not good, their presence in PGL will be completely meaningless unless they can attract fans to the games, like Afghan players.

I don't agree with the type of many players who come to Iran but money needs to be spent for older but good players to come to Iran and increase the quality of the league. Something like what UAE, Qatar and now China are doing.

Most of the foreign players playing in our league is crap. Bunch of old non-name players getting to much money. We have to sign younger players so we can sell them and actually earn some money. But it is hard to convince players from Europe to play in our league when we do not even have standard training kits and pitches.

That doesn't work. There is no relation between bringing in foreign players and increasing the level of the league. What creates good teams (club and international) is infusion of clubs with good young players who get chances to play. Not bringing in some D level Brazilian player who can barely run 5 km. And the only thing China, UAE and Qatar do well is spend money on stadiums. The rest of their plans are nothing but plans by billionaires to launder money and get agents rich. Iran should not use them as a guide at all.

As for young players - if we have decent scouting we can always find good players .

Today is deadline day in IPL

                          - Djeparov to join Sepahan on loan (?)
                          - Cheshmi will probably terminate his contract. His agent claims that an ACL team is after him.

Fck those at Esteghlal and the federation who messed up for us! Not only have we weakened ourselves by letting players go while not being able to sign these new players (Djeparov, Ando, Cheshmi, Sajjad...), but we are making rival teams stronger at the same time!
