Wish nekounam and hashemian could move into coaching positions of the youth teams. That would be far more of a help to iranian football in general and probably themselves as they would be saved from getting dragged into the merry go round, hashiye filled world of IPL, where coaches are fired every 6 months.

A shame Neko chose to coach Tractor. Would have been better to continue as TM assitant rather than coaching in the IPL. I just hope he doesn't pull a Daei and destroy his image. Right now he is so well respected and has a lot of class.
It's also funny though how he makes it clear that he prefers offensive football, after working with CQ.
