khoda as dahanet beshnaveh! He has declined so much since coming back to persepolis. He is not worthy of the shirt he wears....he plays head down, makes ridiculous mistakes, and then repeats them too. He was ok in the beginning of last season but pretty much after that he has been nothing but a flop and branko insists on using him. Branko should look for wingers ASAP with alishah being gone and ahmadzadeh in terrible form. We need reinforcements ASAP....hopefully a foreign player with Golec officially leaving the club.

If there were ever a good loss, this was it. Good loss for perspolis. Rather lose here than late in the season. Wake up call can do a team a lot of good.

What this game showed to me is that perspolis has a glaring need at fullback position.
they are good in defense, but nothing special on offense.
Mosalman and Ahmadzadeh are fine. it's the guys on the WIDE that are lagging behind. Neither Rezaeian, nor Amiri, neither Badamaki nor Rebeekhah were able to do anything on the sides.

We need FULLBACKS!!

We never do well against Zob Ahan for some reason, especially under Branko.
On the other side, Zob Ahan do very well against us.

We actually do well, but somehow have no luck. They are our "gorbe siah" indeed. We should have crushed them at least with 5 goals last season at Azadi, could have beaten them with 10 men at Hazfi and only conceded a last minute equalizer in the return league match. So many chances created, but we wasted them and they somehow always get away with it.

Anway, congratz to Esfahan for stopping the league leaders this week. The top remains unchanged, but the gap between 3rd and 4th positions decreased. Should add more tension to the league.

Perspolis lacked motivation and focus today. Probably the players weren’t ambitious enough as they knew they will remain on top regardless of the result. We still had the better chances of the game with Mazaheri also doing a good job to save Zob Ahan. A draw would have been a fair result here, but maybe this loss will be a good wake up call for the ACL. Branko needs to make some changes ASAP and stop with being so fucking stubborn.

Rezaeian has been assisting goals the last weeks and has always been a vital part of our offence. It was one damn stupid decision to get him out, but leave Ahmadzadeh on the field, all at the time we needed a goal. Branko continues to be ignorant for no reason and its getting really annoying. This will haunt us badly once we enter the ACL stage - then it will be too late...

For sure we need some boost! Some players need to kicked out, some need to be added - and some need to be benched like Taremi to fucking wake up as well...Today was a good day to finally realize that we need a upgrade!

Same shit Esfahan fans have been doing for a long time as well - but I am talking about this forum where at least the majority of Sorkhabi have been fair and always talked highly of the Esfahan teams, even regarding them as a role model for other clubs.

Pryyomov? Too slow and doesn't fit in our system
Alipour? Not a real CF
Zahedi, Karmollachaab? Didn't even play a single minute in the league

We actually have alternatives, but none of them are capable enough to replace Taremi, unless we sign a good striker.

I would go with Zahedi to give him a chance and sub. in Taremi for second half. This should be done for a short term IMO in order to wake up Taremi as he really isn't even hustling as much as he used to do. This problem started with getting rid of Bengston in the first place, now Branko his paying back (karma) for that decision.

We could've signed a better replacement for Bengtson, but the imbeciles in the club management couldn't even sign a replacement for Taremi and were basically forced to accept his apology How we ended up with signing Pryyomov is known to everyone.

Indeed, we have seen some questionable decisions for the CF post. Zayed was scoring goals in the league + ACL, but we easily got rid of him. Abbaszadeh was shining and helped the team to fight for championship, but he suddenly was put aside as well. Bengtson was scoring goals in almost all games he was given enough playing time, but we also didn’t keep him. Now Taremi is out of form and we didn’t manage to sign a proven replacement to fill that position. There have been couple of horrible foreign players, but even when actually a good one get signed we don’t keep them.
