I think he is going to be involved in their plans. Last season he was #72.. today he was #1

Apparently all their goolkeepers are young and none have played for the club so far (?). This is a real opportunity for him to solidify himself as the number 1 keeper of a solid team in a solid league + chance to play Europa league

On the bench again tonight for their Europa match. Good thing about Portugal is that like EPL & Ligue 1 they have 4 domestic competitions (league title, LEAGUE CUP, FA Cup, & Super Cup). If not in the portugal FA Cup, he'll definitely get a run in the Portuguese league cup now that he's 2nd choice.

Being son of Ahmadreza, he is actually not that tall(for keepers standard of course), his dad was 6'4 i guess he seems being 6 or 6'1 at best.

What did I say about him eventually getting a chance? Abedzadeh started for Maritimo in their match against Estoril for their League Cup qualification game and got a cleansheet (1-0 Maritimo). Congrats to him for getting some deserved minutes finally.

Awesome! If he actually does he make his way into the first-team squad ... he will be playing in the best league out of all our legionnaires and would deserve a call up!

Looking at his instagram page, he seems very motivated and very hard working.

Hmm, I remember them being higher last year. But good to know Russia is rising in rankings - some of our boys play there
