- Corruption among youth teams has been leaked. Their youth teams have poor facilities, yet the club spent millions of dollars for new players.
- Esteghlal's women team was forced to be dissolved due to financial problems
- Eftekhari considered Parvin and Behzadi as legends, although they both played for the rival.
- An U19 manager was beaten up by a leader (club-employee), yet the management remained silent.
- Mansourian got into a falling out with members of the board.
- Majidi, Bakhtiar, Hajmohammadi and and Afshin left, but the club is banned from signing players, which probably means no Ando, Djeparov and probably Sajjad.

The awkward thing is that the fans want Fahtollahzadeh back and chanted his name in front of Mansourian, who picked up a verbal fight with him.
