It’s not like he is gona manage and run those hooka bar and Resturants him self !!!!
He will have others run for him and what’s wrong with Ashkan making investments anyway, when he sees fit.
He has made about $5 million during his playing time and is looking to secure his future .
He knows he has maybe 2-3 more years left in football at best and will need a carrier afterwards.
So leave it alone and if he doesn’t find any team to join before the WC and if CQ still picks him for the 23 man squad then more power to both of them , they are both professionals at what they do and believe you me

I'm starting to think that if the situation remains, maybe he should be excluded from the final roster to WC. I mean, I think he takes for granted that he's spot is secured regardless he's got a club or not. And please dont misunderstand me, I like him very much and he's actually been one of my favorite player recent years but now that we have som many good players, indeed potential replacement such as Masoud, Saman, even Jahanbaskht could play in his position.

Agha why is this comment necessary, again. We are all aware Ashkan needs to find a club, but complaining about it isn’t gonna pressure him into signing a contract any time soon. Whatever happens, happens.

January is almost over and still no club. Face it everyone, he won’t sign anywhere. The guy might as well retire and enjoy life at this point and just show up to TM camps

As long as he proves that he deserves his spot (in training and upcoming friendlies), that would be fine. He has the experience and CQ seems to fully trust him no matter what, even though questionable.

Ideally he needs regular playing at a club, but realistically he is very unlikely to get a decent offer before the WC and we have to accept that.

You all don’t know the real situation. This is all part of a master plan! While Sardar is playing in Kazan, he is taking samples of the grass, and sending them to Dejagah! Ashkan uses his new hookah bar as a cover for a scientific laboratory, where he analyzes the grass samples. He learns the grass length, consistency, and soil pH levels so that TM can’t scientifically lose!

It’s all part of the plan guys... or our players just make unbelievable boneheaded career choices.

This is what people don’t understand. He could have signed with a club even in October or November in the middle of the European season if he wanted, since he is a free agent. There's no transfer window excuses

But the clubs may want to wait to see how they do in the transfer window. Dejagah may very well be a lot of teams plan B. If he doesnt sign with a club in January, the only logical decision from Queiroz should be to cross him from the WC list.
