"Rettig says Wolfsburg - Trio will leave "Wolves"
Trio must go
It is also certain that three players will leave VfL Wolfsburg. Defender and loan Philipp Wollscheid returns to Stoke City, the contract of Ashkan Dejagah runs out and Christian Träsch is associated with a change to Hannover 96. The trio could still be used even in the relegation against Eintracht Braunschweig, even if all three players counted the backround over not to the Stammelf."

damn, so it seems Ashkan's Wolfsburg spell ends along with this game..!!
seems unlikely there will be too many top league EU teams interested in signing an injury prone 30 year old who's spent the large part of the past 3 years wasting away in mickey mouse arab leagues and nursing injuries..!!??
his only salvation is to show up strong at TM camp and play outa his skin for TM this summer, to indicate to top teams that he still has goods to offer them, even though likely be in form of a utility bench player..!!
at this point, i feel if he is better off dropping his salary demand$ drastically in order to remain in europe at least till the WC..!! if he returns to kiri arab/irani leagues then he is at risk of missing out of wc18..!!?

misunderstanding here.
this is original
articlehttp://www.fussball.news/rettig-sagt-wolfsburg-ab-trio-wird-woelfe-verlassen/
Andreas Rettig is a candidate to become Wolfsburg's Director of Football ( he is currently at St. Pauli). the article written by fussballnews (never heard of them) then went on to predict that the three players mentioned will probably leave wolfsburg. No quote from any official sources. Lets just see what happens and not jump to any conclusions. Bottom line is at least now he is fit enough to play at a high level, and that he is back in europe and has all his itc and shit together, so another transfer will be far easier. And ashkan is obviously willing to lower contract demands and already did by joining wolfsburg.

i didnt know he had a year extension option on his current contract..!
he has seemingly recovered and considering his overall quality, i cant imagine a Bundes Liga relegation survivor could expect to retain better and more experienced midfielder in the market to replace him with..!!?
i guess much still depends on his wages and contract value..!! I think their fans been deserve to see him in action once again for the Wolves and so do we of course..!

i fear if he makes it obvious that he is chasing money and unambitious in this summer transfer season, then CQ would probably drop him cold from his WC squad, just to make an example of him..!?
yet again as we witnessed in 2014 CQ is Ruthlessly selfish when it comes to choosing his WC Traveling squad..!
depending on our WC group rivals, he will come up with an overall comprehensive tactics to get out of groups and any player that doesnt suit his scheme will get dropped, simple as that.!
