Playing the derby on a weekday at 3 local time

These guys are so incompetent and dumb. Why when a stadium that has the best lighting in the entire country should host such great and popular match at 3? A lot of people work and cannot attend the derby, plus millions of people will be deprived of watching it live on their TVs. Such popular matches in any civilized country should be a huge source of income for both TVs and clubs as well as the stadiums, therefore in all sane countries exciting matches like this will be played at a time when it will get the highest viewers, thus charging the advertisers big $$$ both in stadiums and on TVs live broadcast!

What a stupid decision to play the derby at 12:30. Now pretty much everyone outside Iran will not be able to watch and even the ppl in Iran won't go as it is in the middle of a work day as keano mentioned. Has to be the worst planning I have seen even for Iranian standards. Doubt that the stadium will be packed unless I'm underestimating the amount of bi-kar ppl in Iran.

As far as I remember Esteghlal asked to move the game to Sunday due to the game vs. Al Sadd.
Although the timing is bad, but Azadi will be packed nonetheless. 75k fans showed up at the Tractor game, that was played at the same time.
