HT : 0-0. Anzhi look like solid especially off the ball. They press well, and get behind the ball together quickly. Good team for Saeid.
In terms of his own performance, a mixed bag. Looked dangerous on op of the box, had two shots on goal, and some good dribbling sequences. He also had some good interceptions, won some 50/50's. However he gave the ball away very carelessly about 4-5 times. He needs to just play quicker, more simple in his own half and in the middle of the field and get the ball wide. At the end of the half he started to do that more. I can see why he is not starting over erokhin,gatskan,noboa. But with more match practice im sure he will iron out these flaws in his game. He has all the ingredients to be a top box to box mid in europe.
