And that performance shows just how important Dejagah/Masoud's composure on the ball is. AJ can't fulfill that role yet and as a result, we're running around like headless chickens. Qatar are crap though so at least there's little chance of us getting punished. Get Masoud and Gucci/Amiri on for Karim and Taremi.

Taremi is not in the game mentally. His actual ability is very high, but he cannot handle pressure. I hope he pulls through, because the last time he played this bad he ended up scoring 2 goals.
In the meantime our boys need to be careful on the wings, particularly Qatar's left because that is where all the attacks are coming from.

Taremi has just marked himself in TM history as one of the most useless and negative impacts I have ever seen someone have in a TM match. The guy didn't even complete a single pass - all he did was turn the ball over, jog, and screw up counters. He better be pulled out at half!!!Team Meli Iran

Taremi needs to gtfo for Ghoochannejhad. Legionnaires playing a class above PGPL/PG players in the first half.

First half performances:
- Beiranvand seems to be match fit and ready, has been alert in goal
- Mohammadi has face more of their attacks, and I believe he has done an amazing job, both on defense and going forward
- Ghafouri is mostly defending and has not gone forward too much *
- Ansarifard has been more active than Taremi on the wing
- Azmoun has done well with the chances that he has had
Overall:
- First 25 minutes or so, we did not perform well
- Qatar seems to be relaying on counter attacks, and it is working for them
- Jahanbakhsh seems like he is being out strengthened in the middle
What I would like to see:
- Bring in Rezeian on the RW, take off Taremi since Ghafouri is not going forward, and Taremi seems a bit overwhelmed with when to defend and attack. I think Rezeian can do better. *
- Around 60th minute, put Jahanbakhsh on LW, and bring in Shojaei as CAM
- Last fifteen minutes, bring on Reza for Azmoun, his speed will be needed then--------------------------Beiranvand-------------------
