Congrats folks, a sweet away win!

The only way these Persian Gulf states may cause us some trouble and headache is when they only need a draw, thus playing Anti-Football, as they will park the bus and play foul and waste time the entire game until they concede a goal, otherwise we will always crush them. We should have won by a scoreline of 10-0 TBH. Wasting so many scoring chances is crazy, and unaacceptable.

Any idea why Ghoochannejad was not played? Honestly he is our best and highest IQ goal scorer up front, I was a little dismayed to see him not play at all!

Nonetheless it was a good away win, we dominated them in the second half especially and deserved the victory. Their team is super old and clearly outrun by our lions!

The line up seemed quite different to anything we predicted here.

What a great time to win when both Korea and Uzbeks lost.
we played good, defensivly we were there, however in attack we missed alot and taremi even though he scored he was extremly poor and is not the first time

Congrats on the win! Btw didn't TM switch between 4 4 2 and 4 2 3 1 a few times in the game?

Don't understand why some claim the second half we played our worst game ever!? We entirely controlled the match in the second half and created so many scoring opportunities, making Qatar look like amateurs (Not too far off anyway) Our only shortcoming was failing to capitalize in front of the goal. Now that cannot interpreted as a "Terrible football"

It would have been so funny if we started grass-rolling after the first goal! Good we didn't though? Kept our class!

Taremi is the only striker I've seen who can play SHIT for the whole game and then score a goal through 30 seconds of brilliance.

You know one of the things I love the most about PFDC...

After the match has finished you can start again from the beginning of the thread, from reading the anticipation, to reading the nervous comments in the first half of the match, the frustration, then the goal, then the comments that are filled with excitement after the goal, and then the win.

                          It's nice ...
