Good and important win by Iran! But the thing that makes me angry is that we always deserve to win by several goals but we win with just 1 or 2 goals. Today's losses of Uzbeks and Koreans along with our win against our resilient Qatari opponent was the nail in the coffin of our rivals. I know 4 to go (three at home) however considering our home advantage, superior goal difference and points; considering Korea and uzbaksbcqnceloiing each other for us, our qualification as the second team is almost a fact. Now we have to shoot for records like getting 23 points or something and qualify as first :AFC

We should use the last ones to try different tactics, different players and maybe even let younger players play together with our reserves to get experienced.

He was not too bad though. The Qataris were complaining that he didn't call two penalties for them. One was kind of a 50-50 call. It the other one was a fakir from Tabata

That's the main responsibility of a goal scorer I believe. Playmaking should be on someone else's shoulder Taremi knows how to score and that's why we love him. I loved his show off back sprint kick. That one by itself was ending up in the net

It wasn't the prettiest of games and we were timid when we had golden chances, but this is typical CQ win. The important thing with CQ-teams, they get results. I'm so proud of our boys, great job. Today's other games shows that Syria and China, away, was not easy.

One thing I cannot wait, however, is a newly-rejuvinated Ashkan Dejagah and hopefully, Saman Ghoddos on our wings. We need them to take the next step. CQ used strikers there and Karim was excellent in midfield (shows his playmaking skills) and he put a lot of pressure defensively on them as well, but in order to beat real good teams, we need true wingers to get us there, feeding the likes of Sardar, Karim and RG.
