So you all know even if Iran wins the whole thing they still dont qualify for the Olympics right ? The next one is used for Japan 2020 qualification. and this is why none of these games are listed in FIFA calendar..

Iran Need to advance to be Part of U23 Championship in China games January 2018. These games are essential for developments of these young roster and without advancing Just like in the Past nobody will care for this team. If CQ/Peyrovani has decided to invest in this young group then advancing to next round and playing with stronger teams is critical.
