Before, I would die to see Iran with Adidas or Nike. Every top teams was either adidas or Nike back then.

Now there is so much new/small brands sponsoring tons or average/top teams (NB, Under armour, macron, joma,etc..), with average or ok design that I wouldn't mind if we stuck with one of them or even an iranian ones like merooj. Kits from adidas and nike are nothing special these days, and lots of aleki teams are sponsored by them.

Would love to stuck with Merooj like Beach Soccer teams, with the addition the tricolor stripes in the front( See mexico away kit). No need to kill us to get adidas with it is for a plain random design

Let's be real and not blame Adidas for not sponsoring us.

Every time a foreign brand has sponsored us, even ones that were not remotely famous, there has ALWAYS been some dodgy dealings behind the scene. With Puma we had all the stolen kits and then the embarrassing Iranian home made versions or the ones with a stuck on tape to cover the names and numbers. Legea again we had the Iranian made kits with the legea badges stuck on and the crappy deal with Uhlsport where we only got real kits for the WC.

At the end of the day there are people in Iran behind the scene that want a piece of the pie and due to this no credible company will come willingly to do business with us. We either have to beg them or pay them.

The funny thing is as soon as they get caught with fakes they always come up with the same story that these companies agreed a deal to produce their kits in Iran.

yeah honestly merooj's stuff is looking pretty good recently. Im sure they could come up with a new design for TM,with a new cheetah print, and provide it for all teams (youth, beach, womens, futsal, etc) in addition to some nice teamwear, polos, etc. Their kits for zob ahan are pretty nice., and I thought their GK kit for out beach soccer team was quite nice too.

Agree. Find someone who would love to sponsor us, or make an Iranian brand look really professional and make them design some sick kit for us. rofl at these kharejis thinking we need to lick their ass.

Merooj would be just fine imo. I actually think it would be great exposure for them as well to sponsor a World Cup team, which could lead to (potentially) more teams seeking the sponsorship of an Iranian brand like Merooj. I don't mean very famous teams, but teams on the caliber that Uhlsport or Givova sponsor.

I dont think we really need to change anything, as long as the quality is good and the kit looks presentable. Besides we're also playing fantastic football in these kits.

tbh, they've always done a decent job of designs throughout the year for a domestic company, much of those designs inspired and cheated off other more popular brands but they've had some interesting, unique kits as well. IMHO, 3rd rate EU kit companies like Givova, Uhl, Jako dont have anything on them in terms of designs and no even much in terms of overall quality..!
far more pride in repping an established Domestic brand such Mehrooj than the likes of Legea, Givova etc..!

i agree totally..! especially if Bold is true..!?
wearing self-made Adidas kits is the ultimate insult and embarrassing as fk ..! dont mind us using their kits for Training but during games, especially official WCQ games, we are better off not giving them worldwide undue notoriety n brand exposure, and instead sport a local brand till they come to some terms with IFF ..! or perhaps Remove the Adidas logo from the shirt or put something over it.??
having said that, im fairly certain, we will get picked up by one of the Top 5 brands For WC18 and shortly running up to it and afterwards. The marketing value and increased WC Exposure of their brand is way too much for them to not look the other way when it comes to dealing with even our seemingly ever hapless and corrupt IFF..!
