one of his good friends and Foolad Khuzestan player Omid Hamedifar (also from Shush, hometown of younes), confirming move and difficulties that Younes faced to get there.
If this goes through, this is the best iranina transfer of the window (obviously depending on their plan for him). Simply the fact that he is going to hollands best team and a regular in champions league, with an excellent reputation for developing young players as well, puts him in a higher category for pishraft than ANY player before with the exception of maybe Saeid Ezatolahi. But even then, he is in a better position to saeid bc it is much easier and more realistic to break into PSV first team than it is to break into the first team of one of the top 5-6 teams in the world in Atletico Madrid.
This guy has an incredible future ahead of him, if this move in fact does go through.

I thought that as well but Im fairly certain this is PSV eindhoven. A second division dutch club does not have the financial power to pay over 500K EU for a 17 year old player.

#PSV heeft geen akkoord over het aantrekken van de Iraniër Younes Delfi, zoals in Iran is gemeld. Klopt niet. Speler is wel op stage geweest, maar geen sprake van koop. Club kijkt wel naar het inlijven van de Uruguayaan Osvaldo Iorio (18).

Its hard to believe it because we are Iranian and we don't usually hear rumours like this actually go through.
