فدراسیون فوتبال ایران طی عجیب ترین حکم تاریخ خود, محسن فروزان دروازه بان صبای قم را به دلیل فعالیت های همسرش در عرصه مدلینگ به مدت سه ماه از حضور در میادین فوتبال محروم کرد.
در حکم فدراسیون فوتبال که امروز به "محسن فروزان" ابلاغ شده است, مشارکت در تصاویر همسر قانونی اش در عرصه مدلینگ اشاره شده.
ریاست کمیته اخلاق فدراسیون فوتبال را قاضی تورک از قضات مشهور پرونده های قضایی و اقتصادی برعهده دارد.

او پیش از این تصمیماتی مانند احضار مسعود شجاعی بابت مصاحبه با رسانه های خارج از کشور و همین طور بازخواست ملی پوشان به دلیل خالکوبی را طی ماه های اخیر اتخاذ کرده.
چندی قبل نیز همین دروازه بان به دلیل انتشار عکس های مراسم عقدش از سوی قاضی تورک بازخواست شده بود.

حکم کمیته اخلاق فدراسیون فوتبال در صورت ارجاع به فدراسیون جهانی فوتبال و همین طور طرح شکایت این دراوزه بان, با واکنش صریح فیفا روبرو خواهد شد. فدراسیون جهانی فوتبال و کمیته جهانی المپیک هرگونه تبعیض یا جریمه و محرومیت به دلایل جنسیتی, نژادی یا مذهبی را شدیدا در اساسنامه های خود محکوم کرده اند.
