Many leagues will not receive a TOTS as EA has decided to combine all of the smaller leagues into one big family called Rest of the World. They release 10 players each week making it a total of 50 players. This is happening because they’re rushing the TOTS for the WORLD CUP patch and don’t have time to make a TOTS for all of the leagues like last year. Sucks I know and Jahanbakhsh might even be robbed of this TOTS card.
