I’m not worried about Masoud, he’ll be back. This happens in football all the time. The only reason you don’t hear about in bigger clubs is because they have more control over their media and don’t let them release stuff like this.

I KNOW!!! It is so annoying, he has shown time and time again that he isn't a defender and does much better further up the field, and for years in tm as well he played LB ....

God even our average players succeed in europe. Hajsafi is not a youngster, just a general average player who runs hard, and is already after four months is attracting interest from top greek teams. If I was him I would wait until after WC and assess situation. Olympiakos will probably come knocking soon.

Because he is a runner, hard worker. He cant get pass his player with the ball, but he have the stamina to come up the field and make 2 vs 1

How sad that his own country will try to bury him in their media. How sad and embarrassing it must be for him. Masoud has given so much to our football. He will be a legend in my book whether who likes him and who hates him.

Yeah he was sidelined. But it doesn’t mean he would be called up if he was scoring left and right either. Everyone knows how much he dislikes i.r.. I’ve never heard Masoud ever say, “Baraye Mamlekate eslamimoon eftekhar biyarim” or “parchame azize jomhouriye eslami” like the other khaaye maals do. I have however heard him say “baraye mardome azizemoon mijangim” or “Khalije hamishe Fars!” or “There’s corruption in our football and women should be able to attend stadiums” or “politics have a direct hand in our football”. It’s not hard to tell he’s not a fan of islamic republic.

Everybody who has had the privilege to meet Masoud will know that this guy is the true definition of gentleman and an amazing human being. Hes a true lion and the true definition of an iranian and what iranian culture shoud be. I will always love him and i would do everything to see him play his last world cup. Theres a few members who can confirm my words
