Masoud is a class-act individual. Always loved him, on pitch and off-pitch he is true class. One of few Iranians grown in Iran who speaks fluent Spanish, decent English. Well spoken in all interviews. Hope he gets re-invited to TM as he has been in such amazing form!

not sure about that. Dejagah was fantastic at CAM and MOTM vs Syria. He was phenomenal and while I love masoud like everybody else, dejagah fits TM style far better.

I love Masoud as person and i think he deserves to make the WC squad but he will and should not be starter in TM anymore. Greece league level of football is crappy tbh. Belgian and Russian's are by far much better. Most of our top 3-4 clubs players can start in 2/3 of Greece League teams.

make it every greek league team except olympiakos. The level is def better than PgPL, but at the same time the slow pace is what makes a guy like masoud shine. He has time to dribble, play great through passes, and he doesnt have to track back, or start counter attacks from deeper inside his own half. Ashkan is still far faster, stronger than masoud and fits our counter attack style far better.

The pace is REALLY slow. Anyway lately i wasn't very pleased with Hajsafi's performance in TM either. I guess top talents, or TM starters should avoid Greece leagues at young age and specially before 30s. Same applies to Turkish League but at least there is more money there and they hire some half decent foreign players which is not the case in Greece League. (other than traditionally top 2-3 clubs).

Yes Ashkan was amazing during the Syria game, but Masoud often makes that pass which opens up tight defences like Syria.
